Alex Balash

Installation Foreman

Alex Balash joined BEI Electrical in June 2018 through the Cooperative Education Program at Bethlehem Area Vocational-Technical School. Following his graduation from high school, Alex continued to build his knowledge and skills by completing the four-year ABC Apprenticeship Program offered through BEI Electrical.

During his time with BEI, Alex has gained extensive hands-on experience in both electrical and low-voltage systems installation, contributing to a wide range of commercial and industrial projects. Through his strong work ethic, technical expertise, and leadership abilities, he advanced into his current role as Installation Foreman within BEI's Building Automation Solutions Division. In this position, Alex oversees field installations, coordinates project execution, and helps ensure the successful delivery of innovative building automation and control solutions for our clients.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, as well as spending quality time with friends and family.
