Justin Nuspliger

Director of Building Automation

Justin Nuspliger joined our team in June 2026 to launch our Building Automation Solutions division. Justin has built his career through nearly every level of the HVAC and building automation industry. Beginning as a laborer and gaining experience in construction trades, HVAC installation, service, controls sales, and leadership, he developed a deep appreciation for both the technical and operational aspects of the industry. This hands-on experience provides him with a practical understanding of what it takes to bring complex projects from concept to completion.

Today, as Director of Building Automation, he draws on that experience to lead teams, support customers, solve challenges, and deliver successful projects.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, working with his hands on projects, riding motorcycles, and spending time outdoors hunting and enjoying nature.
